Seven days of white-sand beaches, world-class resorts, and the Caribbean rhythm only Punta Cana delivers. A week designed to truly disconnect: no rush, no complicated plans. Just you, the sea, and the Caribbean's finest all-inclusive.

Punta Cana, República Dominicana · 7-day itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival and first sunset

Land at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and let your private transfer take you straight to the resort. Check in, enjoy a welcome cocktail, and keep the agenda empty: walk barefoot to the shoreline, feel the sand, and watch your first Caribbean sunset. Unhurried dinner at one of the resort restaurants.

Day 2 — Beach day, zero-stress mode

This day has no plan, and that's the point. Breakfast facing the sea, a palapa with your name on it, and the waves as your soundtrack. If you feel like moving, kayaks and paddleboards are usually included at all-inclusive resorts. At dusk, find a spot on the sand to watch the sky turn orange.

Day 3 — Saona Island by catamaran

Punta Cana's classic excursion, and for good reason. Sail by catamaran to Saona Island: turquoise waters, giant starfish in the natural pool, and a Creole lunch on the beach. Book with an established operator and bring biodegradable sunscreen to protect the reef.

Day 4 — Spa, pool, and siesta

Full recharge day. Book a massage at the resort spa — many include hydrotherapy circuits or offer them at a good price. Alternate between the infinity pool and the hammock. Today's only goal is having no goals.

Day 5 — Snorkeling and a Caribbean afternoon

The reefs off Punta Cana are full of life: parrotfish, rays, and corals in calm waters. A half-day snorkeling trip is enough to see it all. Back at the resort, try an ice-cold mamajuana — the Dominican signature drink — as the palm trees sway by.

Day 6 — Last full day: at your pace

Repeat whatever you loved most: the morning beach, your favorite restaurant, that corner of the resort that became yours. If traveling as a couple, book a private beach dinner to close the trip. Pack unhurried — checkout can wait until tomorrow.

Day 7 — Farewell

One last breakfast with a sea view, a farewell dip, and checkout. Your transfer takes you back to PUJ. You leave with sun-kissed skin, a calm mind, and Punta Cana stored in memory until next time.
